  If I could give this place a 0, I would. I HIGHLY do NOT reccomend this funeral home for your services. They advertise that they're "lowest prices in town". It still was expensive compared to other places in town, the only reason we chose it is because other loved ones in my family have been in the final stages with them. (I.e. cremation, urn etc...). During the funeral, the Reverend made several mistakes talking about my mom. Never once mentioned anything about her brothers, my dad, and somehow got the impression that she had multiple children. (Im an only child!) Eventhough plenty of information was communicated days ahead of time with him. The worst part was, was after the "service". The host working there came up to announce our reception location with maps on how to get there. (Pronounced the last name wrong then laughed.) She was in an extremely happy mood, which showed no empathy . I hugged my loved ones as they left and began to retrieve my mom's ashes. She rudely snapped at me and told me "we have to wait for Mike to get them!" No. It was written on her paperwork that I, her DAUGHTER can retrieve the ashes! No empathy, no remorse, no understanding on any human level. It was awful and broke my heart. Please take your business and loved one elsewhere, this place does NOT deserve it!

  This Funeral Home was wonderful Heather worked on every detail from beginning to end. It really helped in difficult time my family only had a couple of days to be in town they accommodated my family Lexie her Therapy dog was allowed to attend the service! Our concern about prices was also addresed their was no pressure about buying newspaper ads or extras for service. I just recomended this place to a friend who is coming out to Colorado her father died & she lives in Seattle area.

  During an exceptionally difficult time for our family, this crematorium refused to sit down with us and discuss the arrangements unless we signed a release for them to pick up the body first. Very insensitive. We went elsewhere.

  Wonderful, kind, & caring professional service.
  No pressure for upselling.
  I went to another mortuary first and found that Newcomer was literally half the price with much kinder service.
